There were 2 other new ones, but they aren’t as memorable as this guy :hex-crab:
Klawf can rotate its protruding eyeballs to see everything around it, eliminating all blind spots. It latches upside down onto cliffs to ambush its prey from above. However, Klawf eventually gets dizzy from the blood rushing to its head, so it can't stay upside down too long. Klawf's claws can hold onto things very tightly, not letting prey go once within its grasp. It uses one claw to hold its opponent in place while using the other to break its guard and hit it where it hurts. Even if a Klawf loses a claw in battle or elsewhere, it will grow back after a while. In certain parts of the Paldea region, Klawf claws are considered a valuable cooking ingredient.

Every Pokemon they've shown so far is pretty good to excellent
If the leaks are accurate, I'm really looking forward to seeing the time-displaced Pokemon
Eh, can't say I care for it aside from the hilarious bug-eyes. It's kinda Just A Crab
There's actually quite a few examples nowadays, especially from the British region.
Not only that but they use the leek they carry as a garnish.
Disappointingly, all the examples we have that I know of (this and Slowpoke tails) are harvested without killing the pokemon because Game Freak are cowards
So I may have actually looked it up and theres more entries than I would have assumed. In the more recent games there are Pokemon described as being tasty or that children eat the skin off the back of the apple pie one that also has a sugary glaze on covering it's body? Farfetch'd was almost hunted to extinction because along with being a succulent duck feast always carry around a leek that is used as a garnish.
