Might be an open door but i guess proles of the round table (although they stopped) & Rev left radio. Also lectures by michael parenti on youtube or the audiobooks! As far as i know there isn't something like blowback (another podcast) about the sovietunion but i guess that would be cool too..

Grubstakers did a two part episode about the fall of the Soviet Union about a year ago. Ep1 is free, the second however is on their patreon. I remember finding it interesting, but it's essentially a book report of "Godfather of the Kremlin: The Decline of Russia in the Age of Gangster Capitalism" by Paul Klebnikov, which as I understand it talks about the rise of criminality in Russia in the 90's, and how it was preceded by a black market that existed in the 80's soviet union which got turbocharged when the USSR started to use policy in order to curb alcoholism.

Cosmonaut does individual episodes on a lot of Soviet stuff. I know they did a 2-3 hour episode on Stalin a few months ago, reading 2-3 biographies as their main sources

So there’s a fair bit of Soviet history, but definitely not exclusively, and not even attempting to give an “overall history” of any sort afaik
