Like, there are requests for pizza fairly regularly and you should be able to find if there is a website for online orders or just phone in the order. I'm sure there are some websites that allow you to create an account and give a credit to another account directly (which should mean that the comrade gets the credit and its only id'd as coming from "account name".) So you make your own account, put cash on it, and then gift it to another account. Should give both people some anonymity.
You can also go out and see if any cash stations or big box stores sell pre-paid gift cards, put some cash on it and use that to pay online or when ordering by phone. You just need to work out some coordination with the comrade, like where and when an order should be available for pickup, which location, and what is to be ordered. Maybe use some online VoIP service to anonymize your phone call if you think they'll ask the employees to give them the number that placed the phone order. Downside to calling in an order and placing it for them, is that they'll kinda need to give you location information which is... not great.
Edit added Later:
Just been poking around looking for just plain ol' vanilla peer2peer stuff. Figured it would have taken less time that it actually did.
PayPal Business Account, PayPal Business Standard. Recipients should only see the business name on the account, not you real name. Charges fees on transactions but not a monthly flat fee just for having the account. My eyes are too blurry right now to figure out if there's anything special in making/converting a vanilla PayPal account into a business one.
Depends on what they are asking for.

A quick read through Ko-Fi seems to make it look like its made for creators but at least it looks like its only the donator's screen name (not real name) that is sent to the recipient. Wonder how picky Ko-Fi is about being a creator that doesn't create anything? From the "about" pages it looks like donations aren't charged any fee's. Money received through KoFi is then moved through PayPal/Stripe (which might/does charge transaction fees).

Buy Me a Coffee seems to let you send a donation without filling out any of YOUR contact information and doesn't automatically submit it. Takes 5% of the donation though.
I've not had any experience with these services and offer no other opinion except on what I've read from the FAQ pages.
