A Norwegian lawmaker has nominated President Trump for the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize for his role in brokering a historic peace deal between Israel and the United Arab Emirates last month.
This is pretty funny since this Israel UAE normalization is overblown as "peace" (UAE and Israel have never been at war). They already had peace and extensive unofficial diplomatic ties, this just formalizes it and puts it all out in the open. And I doubt Trump even had anything to do with it.
Still it would be very fucking funny if he won. Blue check twitter would have a meltdown.
