        Out of all the Marxist writers I've read I think Lenin's personality shines through more than everyone else. He is hilarious and he's constantly owning everyone

        the term at the time was "polemical" which Lenin undeniably fit into. half the people he dunks on in his books have their most significant historical mention in those same quotes tearing them apart. they aren't quite shitposts but only because they're not quite as absurdist as shitposts tend to get. but otherwise, his posts would have done well on reddit or twitter.
