The PRC could pull it off, and i think 1.4 billion people simultaneously farting in the same direction would still be extremely powerful. But i doubt Xi would risk this, the US could easily mistake the giant BRAPPPPPP for the first impacts of a nuclear war.
Only if we all farted in the same direction, which is a level of collaboration I no longer know humanity to be capable of.
