I mean people don't organize for nothing, even if it feels like a Sisyphean task. I'm sure that's not news to you.

If you want to take down western led neoliberalism and capitalism, you have more power inside the belly of the beast. That said, you can still support it wherever you go too

I specifically will not. If my options are teaching English in China or here in the US the power level is way in favor of over there. Whatever resources I will aquire will be more useful that way, and by contributing to society over there I can be assured my taxes aren't going directly to genocide

Ah yes, the only options. Teaching English in China, and moving to Europe.

I heard all the tech ghouls are building their doomsday bunkers in Aotearoa/New Zealand because it's projected to be least impacted by climate collapse.

I'm not sure it's based on any sound thinking - most of them are building bunkers on a geological fault on the south island:

While we can’t predict when earthquakes will occur, scientific research indicates there is a 75% probability of an Alpine Fault earthquake occurring in the next 50 years, and that there is a 4 out of 5 chance that it will be a magnitude 8+ event. Geological evidence also shows that the Alpine Fault has a remarkably regular history of producing large earthquakes.

However New Zealand doesn't have a capital gains tax so that probably factors in

Why is it always Europe lmao? Every "socialist" just wants to move to Europe like it's 2014.

Right, there are a litany of kid unfriendly things about the US. That's where the urgency needed to actually put myself on a track to get out of here came from. Now I gotta get a stable relationship here (and it's not looking good in like two months) or become the cringe single expat

I love abandoning people. Try it, it's addictive.
