I would argue that marriage definitely has a bourgeois character, turning a romantic relationship into a legalist property relation, but it predates the bourgeoisie as a class, and predates capitalism. It even predates feudalism.
anthropologically there are so many different types of marriage: Monogamous, polygamous, polyandrous, polyamorous, group, etc.
Cishet monogamous marriage, the type recognized as legitimate in the Capitalist West, the institution upholding bourgeois private property and family structures, will probably wither away under communism, but I doubt all recognized anthropological forms of romantic union will wither away. Our definition of what marriage precisely means is often limited.
If we are being serious, I would think that there would be some form of marriage as a celebration of love and partnership. But it will probably deviate quite substantially from current traditions and marriage would no longer be a legal category even before the withering away of the state.
