Does :ukkk: not have different sentencing for minors? I got in similar trouble at 16, in the US no less, and got probation and auto-expungement. Mine was arguably a lot worse lol.
It does but courts arbitrarily decide to ignore it and try kids as adults when they feel like it. A 17 year old committing crimes against huge corporations will be tried as an adult.
