    Lmao same thing happened to me. Really nice guy at work was chatting frequently then he just said he was a landlord, got bored of being a landlord and evicted the family living in the house cos the margins weren't good enough. Then asked if i was into crypto trading.

    Never spoke again after that.

    This happens to me constantly. It's part of why I'm chronically unemployed. I meet a really nice person at work, we chat all the time, we share a lot of common interests, and then they drop the Landlord Bomb.

    I may or may not have arrest warrants out in 17 US States.
