    I don't know if you don't read from a lens of "I must dunk on this dude" this isn't the worst take. Like a lot of principled leftists come to basically the same conclusions more or less. He's not right about everything but he's not really that wrong unless you read him entirely uncharitably.

    He's not saying worker coops and workplace democracy are bad, he's saying they're complicated - and they are. In a small enough company universal equal pay and decision-making power can work, but there are reasons some successful coops use different pay models do reflect different amounts of training and expertise. There are good reasons not to do that too, but the idea that arguing for one model over another doesn't immediately make you a laughably wrong CHUD.
