China is lagging 10 years behind the times while Europe is at the bleeding edge of internet crypto-fascism.

I'm told that on the other side of the great firewall the Chinese have bleeding edge meme technology, but armaments export controls prevent them from unleashing them on the wider internet.

I used to think the Great Firewall was exclusively to prevent Chinese people from learning how cool the rest of the world was. And I'm still iffy about censorship in general. But looking at the absolutely bizarre shit that people in the West believe about Covid, NATO, Capitalism, and all sorts of other shit? I have doubts now.

I know what you mean. This pandemic has pushed me from "maybe the libs do have a point about free speech" to "banning certain ideas is cool and good actually."

I used to think the Great Firewall was exclusively to prevent Chinese people from learning how cool the rest of the world was.

I find it interesting that many westerners think this, but also think that there's too many Chinese tourists and students everywhere. Like bruh, Chinese people can develop an opinion of a place first hand.

It's clearer than ever that completely unregulated speech works about as well as completely unregulated markets.

The one place to make an exception is probably academia, where you have a qualification barrier and a population that at least has the tools to keep from being mislead. You'd of course have to pair this with completely free education for all and heavy, frequent reminders of past academic arrogance to avoid forming a bazinga cadre.

If it weren't for the Great Firewall, their early internet would have been flooded with NATO spam bots.

Tbh, the firewall is more a way to develop Indigenous Tech parallel to the one from the West, since the user poll is enormous, you can have a vast pool of data to optimize your product. It's not a coincidence that AI technology in China is catching up to the West

I drew my conclusion from a book i read on the tech sector in China and also an episode of silk and steel where the host interviewed a person in tech about the difference of tech development in China vs India

The jist of it is that India doesn’t have a look of control over its user data nor any concrete indigenous tech development the reason is because the government makes more money in the short term selling datas to western tech company and also it doesn’t try to encourage indian start up consequence being that they get bought out by bigger tech companies and kill off.

What you have in India is a pool of super talented tech people who are contractor for as IT tech for western cubicle rats when their excel sheet start to fuck up

Remember when the entire country of Australia malded over a Chinese official tweeting a digital painting of an Australian war crime in Afghanistan?

Western media wrote like 50 articles “debunking” the painting. They weren’t debunking the subject, but the actual painting, saying “no the tweet does not contain a picture of an Australian soldier killing a child, but is a drawing.” Either westoids are idiots or they think Chinese are idiots to believe a painting is a photograph lol

"The Australian soldier and Afghan child were not actually standing in a black void with nothing but oversized Afghan and Australian national flags when the Australian Soldier-involved throat slitting took place. We give this tweet 1488 Pinochios."

Yes, but every day we inch closer to an official government communication calling Biden a soyboy or something and I want to see that with my own eyes.

The DPRK already called Biden a "rabbid dog who should be beaten to death with a stick" So we probably just need to get Dennis Rodman to introduce Kim to wojacks.

Edit: Holy shit the full text slaps.

Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- A rabid dog in the U.S. has another fit of spasm, being greedy for power.

Baiden bereft of elementary appearance as a human being, much less a politician, again reeled off a string of rubbish against the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

A crow is never whiter for often washing. Baiden, still going reckless, not coming to his senses though he was censured and rejected by all people, must be a rabid dog only keen on getting at others' throats.

Such rabid dogs are second to none in their craftiness in seeking their own interests.

A typical example is in 2011 when he, as the then vice-president, categorically rejected the preparations being pushed forward in the U.S. to kill Osama Bin Laden.

He reportedly called for reconsidering the operation, because in case the operation goes futile, Obama will not be able to come to power and he will also have to say goodbye to his comfortable life in the White House.

Such a profiteer who ran for the two failed presidential elections has now gone zealous in another presidential election campaign, wandering about like a starving field dog.

He even forgot the name of Obama, whom he had served, and called him his senior, a sign of the final stage of dementia. It seems time has come for him to depart his life.

No wonder, even the Americans call him "1% Baiden" with low I.Q., "mad Baiden", and "Baiden not awakened from a sleep".

Such a guy had the temerity to dare slander the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK. It was the last-ditch efforts of the rabid dog expediting his death.

          Baiden, listen carefully.

Anyone who dare slanders the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, can never spare the DPRK's merciless punishment whoever and wherever. And he will be made to see even in a grave what horrible consequences will be brought about by his thoughtless utterances.

Rabid dogs like Baiden can hurt lots of people if they are allowed to run about. They must be beaten to death with a stick, before it is too late.

Doing so will be beneficial for the U.S. also. -0-

They couldn't have spent 10 minutes making the fill on the shirts national flags, instead of just pasting them in the corners? Also ditch the top text and bottom text and just have the Euros be cold and malding or something.

Tbh I think the shitty low effort production values are the most authentic part of this whole thing.
