It's not that weird, I think. He looked sharp and wasn't even ugly. But it counts for nothing in a world view that is a) white supremacist and b) very rigid in it's beauty standards. I'd imagine his rationale goes like this: 'I am not tall or masculine so I'm not a chad, I have somewhat asian features which are inherently ugly, my only way out is presenting myself as rich'.
