Dr. Oz is the more educated, wealthier one in the suit this time and his enemy is blue collar. They are pretty excited because it's how they see the world. Not only as "dirty rich" vs "clean rich", but now its the democrat that's the uneducated rube on the lower rung, so this is a chance for them to unashamedly be elitists again.
In lib electoralism, Fetterman has a chance of winning some non-voters over. Fox can't automatically write Fetterman off for being non-white, a woman, or queer and just full on culture war issues because to some suburbanites, Fetterman is "one of us". No, this time they have to be specific on why they hate Fetterman: his policies. He wants a better life for "the help" who shouldn't have a life outside of making the rich money until they die of starvation and get replaced by the next cattle. I don't mean this in a stupidpol way, but he has the best shot of winning over some white people who have sided with the butcher because they considered whites to be "prized cattle"
