A plant based future won't have disabled people in it. It won't have Me in it. I'm anemic and don't digest food right, I require meat with high iron content and iron pills and I require high vitamin food that plant doesn't always have. Like cats, require thiamine only in meat.
There's probably a million people who say this exact thing and out of that maybe ten of them have a legitimate medical problem that couldn't be solved by ordering a 9 dollar bottle of supplements from amazon. They're just pathological narcissists who want an excuse to continue reproducing their consumer identity in a way that's comfortable for them.
I really don't care if you eat meat, but trying to make your bad consumer habits into an issue of social justice is just narcissism and nothing more.
reminds me of the person who said they couldnt live without the electrolytes provided to them by slamming 3 gatoraids per day, and thats why they couldnt do some kinda boycott or whatever. even if that were true why wouldnt you just stay quiet about it
There's something so innocent and pure about someone needing more electrolytes in their diet and thinking "mmm gatorade" instead of googling "good sources of electrolytes"

im here for the pickle :xibe-check:
cant you literally just put salt in water
not quite, but it's not really more difficult than that either
it means they don't even understand what an electrolyte is
Let's mail them some pocari sweat and 8.5"11 printouts of ppb
Well, to be fair, they might need several 9 dollar bottles of supplements, and an hour consultation with a nutritionist to tell them what they need.
