So good luck with finding people in those rapidly shrinking job pools and also alienating like 95% of the work force which is retail and I might add made up of women whom I'm sure they hate too.
These people don't want the actual working class on their side. In the US in 2022, the working class (especially retail) skews towards POC folks and women. These patsocs want the big 6'3" bearded dudes doing skilled trades or running businesses on their side because they think those are the only people that matter.
