These maga communist or patsoc bozos, whatever they want to be called fall into the same logic trap that normal right-wingers do i.e. the only "real" labor out there is backbreaking factory or construction work. So good luck with finding people in those rapidly shrinking job pools and also alienating like 95% of the work force which is retail and I might add made up of women whom I'm sure they hate too.

These people don't want the actual working class on their side. In the US in 2022, the working class (especially retail) skews towards POC folks and women. These patsocs want the big 6'3" bearded dudes doing skilled trades or running businesses on their side because they think those are the only people that matter.

Right up until an actual factory or construction worker makes a move, at which point the bar moves with them.

Your average retail worker and barista exerts more physical effort than your average clerical worker. So why are these MAGA losers focusing on retail workers and baristas instead of some paper pusher? Because retail workers and baristas are organizing right now. The wave of anti-barista nonsense began immediately after Starbucks baristas formed their own union.

Because under socialism, if your job is made obsolete you simply have no other options, you must starve.

Why would there not be retail workers under socialism? Would there not be placed where goods are distributed or sold? Would there not be a need for people to work at these places?

Not to mention that every socialist project still has people working that sort of end-point distribution job whether that's done through currency transactions or ration books, someone had to sit there and check it, stock shelves or hand things over, keep the place clean, watch so nothing was stolen or broken, etc. It's quite literally part of the logistics chain and would continue to exist in some form so long as goods need to be distributed. It's 100% as much proletarian as teamster or stevedore work is.

China even went so far as to try to ensure that domestic labor was being compensated the same as other work back in the 50s and 60s, even if they failed at that in some ways (there were multiple attempts at creating pay guidelines that would equally compensate men and women, but they generally still ended up paying less for work that women traditionally did).

This reads as an information noise attack. It's just noise with no signal. It superficially resembles a position or argument, but the purpose of it is to get you to waste time engaging, not to convince anyone of anything.

While they are incorrect about retail workers being primarily fascists, they are not necessarily incorrect about retail breeding a certain loathing for the American public.

They just pick a random job every month and retroactively come up with a reason to call it fake dont they? Is that not literally the plan here?

They're not picking jobs at random, they're picking any job they can think of that doesn't have a masculine character in the public consciousness.

They're also deliberately going for jobs that show mass unionization atm. That's why these talking points are spread. It's a deliberate attempt to steer radicalizing Starbucks and Amazon workers away from anybody who could supply them with a coherent theory to explain their working experience and what is to be done to change the state of things responsible for it. There's a ton of these people, they're overwhelmingly young, often belong to marginalized groups, see every day how Bezos grows more and more into a giant draconic toad by consuming the sweat off their backs, they're ripe for becoming a vanguard. So they need to be told by somebody that the communism club doesn't want people like them as members lest they get funny ideas about the fact that it is them who keep the treat pipeline that props up up this failing system operational.
