Its just sort of a joke that the House wouldn't even touch the bill to vote it down.
Like, I get supporting it. I get not supporting it. I am really sick of a bicameral legislation that can just sit on its thumbs and spin, rather than do even the most minimal act of voting on legislation between chambers.
