I don't understand how kneeling became an American left symbol? Its all theater to me, Kaepernick was trying to make a statement but kneeling became the new pledging, every lib was virtue signaling when they did it and now its been co-opted by libs like every cool thing black people do and its lame now.

when Kaepernick kneeled it was during the anthem to contrast with standing with your hand over your heart
kneeling sans anthem doesn't even read as a left or resistance thing to me, but maybe I'm not up on mass media
