I was drinking with a coworker last night and somehow communism and the USSR came up. They went on about the Holodomer, implying it was engineered and targeted. I explained "hey you're literally repeating nazi talking points" and I dont recall the rest of the conversation, but im happy I got to defend Stalin at a work gathering.

Not the worst thing I've heard all week I don't think, but its both IRL and fresh in my brain.

    Conversation… Woman: I would have an abortion if the fetus had any disabilities because I’ve seen how horribly that can effect a family.

    Man: I would want to keep and love my child, because I’m not an ableist, but I do think women only get one abortion in their life and then that’s it, next one you gotta pop out.

        This season is fucking awful. I hope all of them never have children. Expect the guy with the Israeli woman. He seems like a gem. I blame the show for casting in Dallas.
