The republicans effectively banned them which might be in ~5 years when the republicans will be the only party on any ballot - local, state or federal. The GOP has its best results ever in every single race in 2028. If MSNBC is allowed to keep broadcasting - I'll watch that network all day on the election day. The schadenfreude will be epic.
