    is this game fun for more than like a few days? i am interested but every time i read steam reviews they are really bad. i want it to be good but knowing games these days its wishful thinking.

      Fuck Steam reviews. Do you like spreadsheet games? maybe pick this one up when it's on sale and after some patches and DLC? Or maybe get a VPN and pirate it to make up your mind?

        I said it a long time ago: there are "gamers" out there whose favorite game isn't anything published by a games studio. Their favorite game is Microsoft Excel.

      Fwiw paradox games usually start out bad due to frustrating/buggy mechanics and just generally lacking content and mechanics.

      These issues are fixed piecemeal over the course of years with the addition of new dlc.

      So while there’s a lot of issues and negative reviews now, the kinks will probably be worked out eventually.
