Woman called the police when she found man (32-year-old Tyson CFO, John Tyson) passed out in her bed; said she didn’t know him.

Police were unable to rouse him.

He is the son of the Chairman of Tyson and it was his first week on the job.

The news anchor (the woman in the photo above) said, and I quote, “my heart goes out to him.”

Also note the chyron doesn’t reflect what actually happened.

Edit- from a news article:

She told dispatchers that she believes the front door was left unlocked and that is how he gained entry. Upon arrival, police located Tyson in the back bedroom with his clothes in front of the bed and identified him through his driver’s license.

Break into a woman’s house, take off your clothes and get into bed with her and the charge is public intoxication? Wtf

Police with almost any crime: we will charge you based on nothing and figure out why you're guilty later.

Police with potential SA: eh we have reasonable doubts here's a misdemeanor instead.

It’s unclear at this point. The news segment I saw live said he was “in her bed.” There was only one Fox News article available when I posted this. It mentions he was “in her bed” but also mentions he was in a “back bedroom” - which technically being in her house also makes it her bed, but a different connotation.
