Yeah I think I get what you mean, I'm only half kidding. I know I get frustrated with my lib friends and family for their choice of slop but I generally try to keep it to myself. Art is so personal that I think even the worst piece of shit liberal slop ceases to be only a soulless corporate hack job once someone cobbles together some meaning or emotional resonance in it, at least for that person. The line between criticizing the work and criticizing (even implicitly) someone's experience of the work can get very thin and it doesn't make you the good guy to make someone feel bad about a basically harmless thing they like.
