“National Socialist” > Nazi

“Patriotic Socialist” > Pazi

“Democratic Socialist” > Democrazi (moderate wing of fascism after all)

“Libertarian Socialist” > Liberzi

Best of all: “Utopian Socialist” > Uzi

I didn’t mean to imply that, but Utopian Socialism certainly is related to Zionism. The kibbutzim are utopian communes, but of course in typical idealist fashion they fail to understand their problematic relation to colonialism. There have actually been utopian socialist colonies of many ideologies in many places. There were/are some in the US, Australia, Paraguay, Algeria, and more.

You're confusing Social Democracy, what Sweden has, where a social safety net buttresses capitalism, with Democratic Socialism, Hugo Chavez's path.

I agree, but the language doesn’t matter much. I was making a stretch. Also DSA uses the latter word and is largely the former.
