"same I just ordered a steering wheel for my PC, have prime says arriving today by 10 pm. says it's in a nearby city but not out for delivery. package arrived at the facility at 4:48 am but was not out for delivery. contacted support & they wanted to give me a refund, $5-$10" a joke" then kept saying it could be delayed by human error technical error or by weather but couldn't tell me why it wasn't out for delivery"

      I remember ordering lego by mail and waiting 2+ weeks for it to arrive since I lived in the middle of nowhere. No way to track it anyway, I'd just volunteer to check the mail around the 2 week mark and be excited when it showed up
