You ever use a tofu press where you tighten the screws bit by bit to press out every drop? Gets me a little hot ngl
would y'all say a tofu press is necessary for optimal results? or is good enough good enough?
I don't press mine but I use extra firm tofu so ymmv
Tofu press is a great way to save on paper towels/laundering towels, but not necessary. I like the Tofuture press!
