Seeing some of these really disgusting videos by US military personnel, I got to wondering if perhaps I ought to make my own anti-US military skits.
Ones mocking them as war criminals, others pointing out the hypocrisy of supporting US military during invasions vs opposing Russian military, also ones making jokes about taking them out (for dinner, totally).
You see now that's the part I'm concerned about, the legality of the thing. I'm not currently residing in the states, is there anything to worry about in that scenario do you think?

Oh it's perfectly legal, but the US keeps lists of people who engage in what is determined to be "extremist" behavior regardless of its legality, and if you get high profile enough they'll come ask you questions as they did to Second Thought for his YouTube video "The CIA is a Terrorist Organization". As to whether or not you'll be safe in your country, I would google around to see if anyone in your country's gotten got for doing something similar - I could see someone in the EU getting cited for hate speech or harassment or something like that, but it probably depends on how busy the cops are in the specific country.
The most likely response by far though is just that you'll get mass-reported by reactionaries and taken down by TikTok.
Might be worth doing a quick look at the defamation laws in your country, the limits of what kind of political protests are allowed, things like that.
