  Found it, it's from 2018 sadly. However, a quick google search for "Tesla hits cop car" brings up an incredible number of hits. These cars be hitting cops regularly, lmao

    Cops love to just park randomly along the side of the road and take a nap.
    
    Teslas love to ram into anything on the street not following the Three Laws of Robotics (kill pedestrians, eat hot chip, lie).
