It’s part of my apartment complex, but it’s $1.50-2 for the washer and $1.50 for the dryer.
That seems like they set them at the going rate decades ago. Probably the only upside to lazy landleeches.
Might be. I’ve only lived one other place that didn’t have in unit laundry and it was the same price, but that place was owned by the same company so that doesn’t mean much lol
