In this video the guy literally goes on for about 40 minutes about a minecraft players fucking Jawline. Shit like this cant be healthy for the young adults out there to be consuming, it just instills body dysmorphia and other unhealthy thoughts.
This jawline shit is the logical outcome of the race to quantify fucking everything into some kind of bio-algorithm (i.e. phrenology) to try and explain away the complexities of human interaction. Nerds want to be like "damn you don't have enough points in chin now you'll never get laid".
Hell, one of my best friends in high school was an overweight, pale, ginger guy with a lateral lisp and a bad haircut. The dude had an incredible personality though and laid more pipe than anyone else I knew. It's not all about looks.
idk I think (in this video I haven't gone through any others but there seems to be a consistent theme) that it's more talking about conventional beauty standards and its not entirely wrong. Evopsych shit always straddles the line between genuinely interesting and possibly (or often overtly) reactionary.
