is this one of those bikes where you pedal really really fast and it barely moves or one of those bikes that could hypothetically reach 125mph through gearing alone but when you jump up and down on the pedals they won't budge

some background. It is an art piece but not in the way you're thinking
it's on a small cog fixed to a solid axle to spin the gears on the other side. there's a through-axle every time it switches sides to a new crankset, each crankset is only driving a small loop of chain.
it is designed to exceed the speed of light if pedaled at 90rpm
