I have a friend who's looking for it, I tried Libgen and the freemediaheckyeah wiki sites and I can't seem to find a PDF. The index seems to have been scanned and uploaded on a few sites by itself, leading me to believe the entire thing might be available as PDF, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
