    I haven’t seen confirmation yet but apparently the max length of a tweet is increasing to 4000 characters too

    Lol he's gonna crash twitter just by allowing that. People are going to abuse the hell out of it, twitter will be unusable.

      One thing that might be worth considering is that probably everything from the apps to the way their servers handle data is designed around the character limit. The bird site might struggle even if people don't abuse it, lmao.
