Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map. I recommend their map more than the channel at this point, as an increasing subscriber count has greatly diminished their quality.
Moon of Alabama, which tends to have good analysis (though also a couple bad takes here and there)
Understanding War and the Saker: neo-conservative sources but their reporting of the war (so far) seems to line up with reality better than most liberal sources. Beware of chuddery.
Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict. While he is a reactionary and surrounds himself with likeminded people, his daily update videos are fairly brainworm-free and good if you don't want to follow Russian telegram channels to get news. The Duran, of which he co-hosts, is where the chuddery really begins to spill out.
On the ground: Patrick Lancaster, an independent journalist reporting in the Ukrainian warzones.

I have hope that the Chinese government can mitigate the spread of coronavirus and the impacts of long covid significantly better than western governments have been able to. I am and remain a supporter of the lockdowns, though of course I'm only a fan of them because they're effective at preventing outbreaks; if a method with similar effectiveness (or even superior) is found then I support that instead.
I'm quite bitter about China ending zero-covid but it's difficult to deny that it's increasingly clear that the virus cannot be stopped so long as other countries aren't doing the same. I have to wonder what will ultimately have the bigger impact on the economy: the lockdowns, or the rapid surge in long covid complications that knocks people out of employment. I don't know what the answer is and it's a frightening moral calculus to play with millions of lives, but the Western neoliberals couldn't bring themselves to allow their profits be even slightly decreased by doing proper lockdowns and giving away vaccine patents so the entire world could make them and benefit, and so here we are. Tack that onto the virtually neverending list of capitalist crimes against humanity I guess.
