Honestly I'm not even sure if he's committed to winning the primary now. This smells like he's solely in it to swindle his idiot supporters and isn't even interested in the presidency any more after he tried it once.

i am still convinced clinton asked him to run in order to turn the republican primary into a circus and then was shocked when it backfired.

what was confirmed is that they supported him in the republican primaries because they thought they could beat him in the general. It was never confirmed whether they actually asked him to run in the first place.
