Astronaut Trump on its own isn't the problem, the problem is the Trump Cowboy engine allowing you to bring out Astronaut Trumps so easily. IMO if they limit, Trump Cowboys to 2, it should bring Astronaut Trump in line with the other higher tier meta decks.
This wouldn't be a problem if Astronaut Trump's effect was a HARD once per turn, instead people are encouraged to run multiple copies breaking the entire archetype.
