Most innovations in firearms technology are making this, but more accurate, faster, and less likely to backfire. For hundreds of years it was acceptable to just fill a tube with gunpowder and lead balls, then pray it doesn't explode.
For some reason I assumed it had a backing board or strut or something to prevent the metal tubes from just flying back and hitting the guy, but nope literally held together by tape.
I hadn't seen an actual diagram of this thing until now, but am I wrong in suggesting that this is just a handheld potato cannon?
