I assume the entire Belden Program and it's rules apply, those were posted recently in text and would be a fanradtic reference that i cant find. But let's figure this out, get some rules on the board, we'll take a top 20 or so, rank em by importance and then we can finally apply for the Online Crank tax exemptions. Every fringe creepy group starts with a list of weird rules, from Moses to Jordan, Son of Peter. We need to earn our place.

Just a collection of every struggle session from here and r/cth. Cat indoors. Battery in ocean. Volcel. Relentlessly harrass comrades about minor individual consumption choices. idk if I'm falling on one side or another here, I don't like conflict

Don’t drink red wine at house parties

      :downbear:

I will drink the cheap £6 per bottle red wine

I will flirt with the straight men

I will fall over and make a fool of myself

1, 2 ,3 but it's take your antidepressants but also other peoples, 4, and 7 are all Book. 6 is good advice but not universally applicable enough to make the ranks, simply because drunk white guys in their 20s don't need to avoid one another. Don't make them drink alone. I had assumed that anyone of vulture would booyah back and never even considered placing it in a list of life rules like i also wouldn't bother adding 'don't shit on the produce while grocery shopping'

    Hexbear in general is ridiculous.

It’s a system of rules enforced on people, so people look to power posters to get told the rules, when a critical thinker scientifically oriented sophisticated intelligent person will look at the logic and PHYSICS of how to post or comment.

There are multiple tiers of posters, those knighted who have freedom to harass and be hostile and us peasants who have to keep our heads down and get banned if we make eye contact.

The mods shame others and create a clear dichotomy: good people with clear, good posts; and bad people with hazy, blurry posts.

It’s apparently never enough until you live naked in the hollowed out log of a tree that fell over of old age and don’t eat anything that casts a shadow. But also, I’m a mod, so that’s an original sin that I can’t atone for.

When the users don’t post enough they complain the community is too small and insulated, that leftism is dead and nazis won the culture war.

When the users post too much they complain it causes the website to break, that users are terminally online and need to touch grass, they complain struggle sessions are lame and 1000 comments is really just the same one guy and the same 5 people spamming the same comments over and over.

You can see no shortage of some unknown number of unscrupulous, anonymous mods in the modlog, hitherto all struggles and warfare can be reduced to power dynamics.

Either you’re re-posting your not-tweet from a twitter knock-off that you use because it’s open source and federated and posting your not-tweet here because in some way you think that's posting or you likely came here from the Discord and you want to dictate social norms to me, and you wonder why it won’t work.

There’s a class of people on this site the law protects and does not punish, while there’s another class of people the law punishes, but does not protect

Hexbear is a facsimile, mediated through a thousand screens. go kiss, go get kissed, go reject a kiss, go be denied a kiss. go out, go in, log out, log in, hog out, hog in, become a user or a mod.

I save the comments and posts of users that I find amusing over the 2+ years of hexbear to combine as a simulacrum for a personality
