Joshua Dean, a former quality auditor at Boeing supplier Spirit AeroSystems and a whistleblower who alleged Spirit ignored manufacturing defects, has died after a sudden illness.

Just looking at it from a QA perspective. Allegations can be objectively and independently verified. I'm not defending anyone - this is just a field I love and I'm nerding out.
