After being long term unemployed, I received a conditional job offer from the local civil service.
This is all well and good, but I am a heavy (~8th a week) cannabis user, although in the past three weeks I've cut down to one joint per week. I am aware that I will need to abstain indefinitely.
I expect that sometime in the next month I will be required to take a urinalysis to confirm employment.
What should I be supplementing between then and now? I am taking a multivitamin, a B-complex, and Vitamin D already.
Is there anything else I should be aware of?
If you're trying to detox and pass every last thc metabolite (and with only a month, I'd probably recommend you procure some fake urine as a backup), exercise as much as humanly possible without injuring yourself and drink waaay more water than you feel like you need. Don't go hyponatremic. Good luck!
You can buy urine tests online or at a drug store to check if you're clean
