It is so important that we support each other in our work instead of viewing this as a zero-sum competition to climb the ranks. Everyone thinks the Posting Division is easy, since we created this website for practice, but I understand the struggle of finding your place. Reach out, ask for support, and be willing to help others in turn. We all succeed when the Bureau succeeds.
