What's particularly wild is reading the wikipedia page for Falun Gong. We're talking about a fucking cult - complete with a guarded compound (in NY no less), belief their leader is an alien, all that shit - but like 90% of the article shows them in a neutral or positive light with like 70% dedicated to "persecution" against the cult.
At this rate Falun Gong could go all Aum Shinrikyo and do a sarin gas attack in a chinese subway and wikipedia and CNN would be like "Falun Gong is now facing persecution for their heroic actions by the evil CCP."
