I think I'm legally obligated to say oak on account of being a dryad. I like those massive redwoods, and cherry blossoms are pretty but the fact that the cherries are inedible is just kind of fucked up.
On that note I think I'd have to go with plum trees for the fruits. I like pines just cause their needles smell good.
We have some real pretty ones called frangipanis and jacarandas that grow where I live. They only flower for a short time once a year but fragipanis get these awesome yellow and white flowers, jacarandas the whole tree turns like bright purple

Ooh, those are pretty. I ought to learn the names of the pretty flowering plants in my area, cause I've got trees that flower all kinds of fun colors that I couldn't identify if my life depended on it lol
