Really filling, really tasty, and I have leftovers! While I didn’t get the flavors exactly right, it was layered and rich regardless, with a perfect consistency.
Soon I’ll be brave enough to try masala.

I had dried ones so I had to soak them overnight. A level of foresight rarely seen when I’m cooking lol
