how do they not see maupin as anything other than a massive liability?
the man has negative charisma, is a laughingstock for writing a book about breadtube libs trying to kill him, and has outstanding SA accusations against him
    and that's ignoring his politics

Feds, reactionary Boomers, Lack of theory, Dogmatism, White People, Politics as a means of self-actualization, Opportunism

Be it only one or several of these factors, most Western leftist parties have something like this.

The important thing to remember is that there is no political left in america. We’re the shadows on the wall of Plato’s cave

Hot take, a political left in the US is as pointless as it is impossible. Leftists in the US should only be doing community organizing around political education, community self defense, and mutual aid. Any engagement with the political superstructure in the US is a massive waste of resources.I know this goes against Lenin, but we're not in 1910s Russia.

Yep. All we have is vain engagement with the superstructure and the only actual work I've seen being done on the material base is usually just charity work with lofty ideals. The fact that small church communities are dancing circles around us in their ability to take over local government and actually change policy speaks volumes to the impotence of the left in american politics. "The left" is more like a t-shirt brand here than an actual political movement. I've started adopting the rule that anyone publicly talking about leftism probably isn't serious about it and its filtered out a lot of bullshit

Aren't these people just some random dipshits trying to hijack the PCUSA moniker?

At least that's what I've heard

My theory is that the material conditions in the US basically require it's citizens be brain broken to go through life without a guilty conscious. That combined with the fact that we are so heavily propagandized with lack of any real political education creates all kind of weird ideologies that don't make sense.

Didn't the patsoc dweebs also try entryism into CPUSA and failed? I guess this was the backup strategy.

It's almost enough to make me miss Pat Buchanan. He's a piece of shit, but at least he's the exact piece of shit he appears to be.

Wouldn't be the first time a defunct organization was zombified and sock-puppeted for partisan ends.

I've literally never heard of this party before. At first I thought it was CPUSA but it's not.

The entire point of performance art like this is to get you thinking along those lines, though. Plus that's only a problem if you play by their rules.

The FBI is too strong really

Lmaooooooooooooooooooooooooo imagine if we all said that and called it a day. What the fuck kind of cartoon world do we live in. Surrender to the single greatest threat to progress inside US borders, have a happy cry and a shrug because there's Just Nothing We Can Do, and just shop, water plants and watch youtube videos for the rest of our lives while they build a police state uninhibited. We can just sit inside and cultivate our personal brand identities and neuroses until there's no one left on earth to impress. We've already been doing this for decades and it fucking sucks. If anyone would rather we have more of that same bullshit instead of making ourselves uncomfortable to fight it until we literally can't anymore (no, we're not there yet) they can go fuck themselves forever. Join the DSA or PSL even if some guy on www.hexbear.com tells you not to.

You have to rename it to “Democratic Peoplism” or some shit and incorporate Marx, lemon, Mao, etc. while pretending you came up with those ideas yourself and never mention their names

That's basically what "Patriotic Socialism" is pitched to be. Only its a sock-puppet for LaRouchites and like-minded scam artists, so once you scrape the soft chocolate exterior all you find underneath is shit.

The FBI is too strong really.

"The FBI/CIA did this" is a cute heuristic for explaining away why a particular left-wing fascade has some assortment of idiots and assholes underneath. But I also see a lot of shit that is scams all the way down. No need for a federal agency to get involved.

Listening to the latest TrueAnon about the Real Housewife involved in a multi-million dollar business-services scam got me thinking about it. Similarly, the NXIVM cult which grew out of a business scam, suggests that the root of these things really is just unchecked entrepreneurial con-artistry. Trump's entire brand is scams stacked a billion dollars high. Elon's brand is 100x worse.

If the biggest players in US politics and business are little more than Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom, doing money laundering at the scale of the Social Security Trust Fund, why not a thousand niche brands of scammer operating all the left-leaning institutional organs? Do you really need Black Hammer to be an FBI operation if we've got Alex Jones working the other end of the spectrum for orders of magnitude greater income? Hell, do I really even trust the FBI or the CIA or the Pentagon to be more than a thousand embezzlement operations in three different trench coats?

Idk, man. More and more I wonder how much federal presence is even really out there. Is there really a globe spanning pan-opticon ready to pounce on my shoulders if I sneeze wrong? Or is it all just paper tigers and kabuki?
