Ok very unrelated thing, but i hate it when people act precious about things they enjoy/consume and just use it as a way to feel superior. Especially about food. I'm a huge food nerd in many ways, but the most interesting people who make/work with food are the ones who are excited to tell you about this new cool espresso drink they found, or how they spent a whole afternoon trying to nail down a Turkish coffee recipe... not a single one of them has been "you wouldn't know about it"
