No, this is real. When you believe in the ridiculous notion that all AMAB people fall exactly within clearly defined boundaries and all AFAB people fall exactly outside of them, this is the only logically conclusive end result once your terf brain rot has reached levels of looking for trans women everywhere. There's just so many cis women with "male" skull or facial shapes, hip width, hands, etc. Actual bodies do not conform to the idealized, purely instrumental biologisms that terfs make up. It's normal for most people to have some characteristics of the opposite sex, but terf ideology is built around denying that. This isn't the first time this has happened and it won't be the last.
