The NFT guys think it's going to replace women. Because they see women as a commodity to be replaced evidently

It's more that these guys see all women they are attracted to as a commodity, and think that they are entitled to seeing these women naked, and will find ways to forcefully obtain that without consent, by using AI and computers to satisfy their sick desires.

They don't want to replace women, they want to take stuff from them. And that is far more scary.

Honestly, low-key, yeah, I want these guys that view women as objects to get their very own uncanny sex bots and leave us alone

Do you not like your ladies smiling with a row of a thousand teeth or is the 10 finger hand too gross?

AI deepfake porn should be illegal. That is all I will say, if I say what should happen to the freaks that make and purchase AI deepfake porn I'll be in big trouble, big big trouble.

What’s wild to me is just how much of the deepfake porn I’ve seen floating around is specifically of AOC. Like more than half of it, easily. There must be entire mills dedicated to turning out AOC deepfake porn

I wouldn't call it "drama." When people lose their jobs because of how a new technology screws them in a capitalist system, it's going to be a conversation topic here, yes.

Yeah i'm not talking about the economic impact, it directly affects my job so i'm well aware of it. Not even what the other poster mentioned either actually, but it is indeed more AI drama.

There's currently a large situation on twitter and twitch about a well known streamer paying for deep fake pornography of his colleagues.

so yeah there's three different AI situations just in this short conversation with as many people, so

I figured this was about the latest scandal: 4chan using a new audio deepfake company's public facing tools to make deepfakes of celebrities going on bigoted tirades.

      This one: https://www.vice.com/en/article/dy7mww/ai-voice-firm-4chan-celebrity-voices-emma-watson-joe-rogan-elevenlabs

I haven't heard of that until now that you brought it up.

Oh boy, nazis bringing us more manmade horrors that are actually quite within our comprehension. :manhattan:
