That's just Youtube in general, I don't think it's those peoples' fault specifically. I can't put my finger on it but something about the typical political Youtuber format is just repulsive to me. Somebody suggested a critical theory guy (Plastic Pills) who had very interesting subject matter and obviously a smart guy but I just cannot watch it. Maybe it's that Youtubers feel forced to insert bits of personality in unnatural ways into all their videos? Idk. Just tell me about Derrida and don't bother with the visual gags.
